Contact your local C&EN sales representative for classified display advertising or if you are an advertiser located outside the United States.

To complete a classified line ad insertion order (IO), e-mail Classifieds@acs.org and include the following information:

• - Complete billing address to receive invoice
• - Purchase Order or optional Credit Card form
• - Online or NO online posting of text instruction
• - Final text attached as a Word document
• - High-resolution grayscale logo attached (optional)
• - Special Instructions (logo placement or format paragraphs as in file attached)

Complete IOs are due by the ad close date. Line ad close dates are by noon EST the Friday two full weeks (17 calendar days) prior to the issue date.

Line ads are billed at $65 per line. You can estimate your line count by using Word's Tools/Word count feature. Take the number of "Characters (with spaces)," divide by 50 and round up for estimated total. Centered, bolded, all cap headlines equal approximately 32 characters with spaces.
